Nobody has a crystal ball but, I was wondering how you feel about NO/uptown 3-5 year outlook relative to appreciations & rents.Currently, we are seeing inventory rise faster than we are closing sales.

These are very affordable and are strong neighborhoods that are rising in appreciation and have good schools.

Berkeley will increasingly be sought after as temperatures rise and inland metros become uninhabitable. 

If I am incorrect, you probably need to pay the mortgage anyways since they can now foreclosure since the property isn't owned by a veteran anymore the SCRA shouldn't apply and even if the lender doesn't realize it it won't apply forever and you'll eventually need to pay it PLUS the amount is rising with interest, fees etc.

I can't yet afford to buy anything for myself in the city, let alone a multi-family, so I ended up buying my very first property out of state.My high-rise building is located in an "A" neighborhood and was recently sold to a new owner.

With rising interest rates but still high home prices people a lot of people are thinking of staying in there current house (with 3% 30 year fixed mortgage) but might need to add on or simply remodel.

Agree, with Michael it's the lock since it's exposed to the exterior temperature and not the hub. 

The other thing we did is place a temperature sensor in the boiler and it alerts us if the boiler temperature goes below a certain level.

Many people have read books, or taken a class or signed up for a guru or coach on the benefits of MF investments, and certainly is evidenced by the recent rise of syndications in the MF space in the last few years.

The barrier to entry will be a bit higher for that reason and the cream will rise to the top, which is good.
