My husband is pretty talented so we will be doing a lot of repairs ourselves but saving time is always great.

I think if the companies stop moving to texas and decide to move to other states (who now are offering good bonuses to come to their state since they saw how good it worked for Texas) they will move remember companies are there to make profit and give good returns to their investors so they will cut any cost and take any benefits any state gives them to save cost on moving and bonus and benefits the other thing it takes it really smart people to work for them which Texas has a lots of Just like California but other states are not too far off either some have even better talent (Mass,NY, Penn) etc and people will move for jobs if they get paid better so not only high rents but Texas will have competition from other states as they need to create more jobs in their state.  

the big companies can't bring in the talent to do the job.

I have grit and talent that I can share but other than that, I'm a green real estate investor through and through and am in dire need of a real estate "friend/mentor" looking for a fun, crazy and wild ride.

The cost of living is extremely low, the climate (outside of a few 110 degree days) is wonderful, and the UA produces what seems to be a never ending talent pool of young professionals.

I am excited to be working with such a passionate and talented team.

@Jay HinrichsCan't duplicate talent, it's like stock brokerage or financial planning firms, all about human skill sets :)

@angel, I was thinking of this earlier today @ work, I was asking myself do I combined my talents with my art and real estate or keep them seperate.

I'd go back and ask the expensive "organized" guys if they have any talented sub contractors they use on an "on call" basis who may be looking for immediate work.
