Yes, I am familiar with the carry trade, it would be quite hard not to be if you read any paper.My earlier lengthy post was in reference to the company earlier and their claim that anyone qualifies for a 2% mortgage.Only residents of Japan qualify for this.I referenced with links to support, but they were deleted (as spam?)

I can do a lot of the rehab work myself (except for HVAC, carpet, roofing) and I have a contractor to tackle the stuff I feel is beyond my abilities.Am I going to have any luck finding a lender for a manufactured home?

save your money the local realtor boards provide the MLS to it's members (brokers/agents) and usually they offer public access to their system, although not as sexy as say a Zillow or Truilia the data is very accurate and updated within minutes not days also when you sign up there is no spam and you have direct access to the listing agent.

I wouldn't recommend tackling a major foundation issue until after completing at least 3-4 less intense rehabs.
