My ultimate goal is to transition into full-time real estate investing.My current home is a 3-bed, 1-bath, approximately 1960 sqft, needing updates.

Even the side of the street that the QSR is on matters.

Closing next week on a 4 br 2 full bath all in 80k, rented for 1400.
