A lot of people are sitting tight in homes they bought from 2017-2022 so I would be curious if we'll see those people sell and move. 

Central PA is only about an hour and half from my home and looking to STR near Hershey. 

The last thing you want is to have a home run deal that theoretically should be a high-profit flip but is ruined because your contractor screws you over in some form or fashion (late deadlines, inaccurate scope of work, etc.). 

Price range seems to be so fluid from what I'm seeing - as I'm sure you well know this but a home in one town might be $20,000/$30,000 variation in another.

I was wondering how should I do high level estimate on cost of construction for homes.

Does anyone know anyone that does 5% for a vacation home loan? 

IF I recall on my personal home the option fee was 25k but that was 2001. 

My 2-5 year goal is to acquire 1-2 more multi-family homes. 

We’d love to keep our investment properties closer to home.
