For insurance you just tell them how many total units in building, as long as no injunction/violations saying units not legal it’s ok for the insurance companies I have talked to at least.

We only allow 2 pet dogs.For ESA we use PetScreening.com and require any letter abide by AB468 and the medical provider that supplies the letter must state that they are aware of the requirements of AB468 and the consequences for providing ESA letters solely for a fee.We also charge an application fee.
