I'm spinning up a wholesaling business to drive better opportunities for my BRRRRs, but everything I do is remote.

We are committed and we know that is the first step, but the second step to get a deal is making our head spin.

It'll always be a local mentor that can do 1 on 1 even if it's another wholesaler.To go back to the wholesaling and volume point: Are you getting enough deals in your market to hit your volume to actually make money as a wholesaler or just spinning your wheels breaking even or even losing money?

I read it several times and there was no way I could spin it that it made sense in the slightest.  

Are they over-qualified, is the property highly-desirable (in which case I'm curious why the first applicant would be spinning their wheels in negotiations), are they hoping you'll overlook something in their application (running away from an eviction)?
