Soil is in restricted soil area (perc test will be available in Feb in our area).Keeping in mind this is a 1/2 acre plot with 1/4 acre plot across the street, 5-6 outbuildings (chicken coop, outhouse, garage, ~100 sq ft shed w/ electric, cinderblock smokehouse, fire pit, and other shed).

Or split part of one house if there's a part of the house that could be split off without feeling weird.For example, a friend of mine got divorced and didn't want to live in an apartment complex that he owned so he bought a house that had a "hobbit hole" basement that's like underneath the main house and opens up to the back yard and pool.

I think Newberry Springs was where that movie was about with Sandra Bullock where the electric company dumped crap into the soil and it contaminated the water in Newberry Springs, caused cancer and killed people.

I’ve seen all kinds of unexpected things, even new builds with sewer line issues, so just because the property is 15 years old doesn’t mean the sewer line is perfect or doesn’t need to be inspected (especially if the property is in Texas, which has a lot of areas with expansive clay soils that can damage a sewer line).

Then there is the cost for the soil to fill the pool and it can be expensive plus the cost for labor to get the soil from a truck into the pool.
