The new soccer stadium development is going to double the size of the city's current downtown.

With the new soccer stadium coming in and Kaiser doing the city a major solid with homelessness funding, the next 10 years will make a lot of millionaires!

I work downtown near Golden One, which they’ve built up like crazy and there are future plans that include a soccer stadium and medical facility.

When I bought some new soccer shoes for myself--soccer being a huge life long passion of mine--I tries on 10 pair without looking at the price tag.  

A new multipurpose events space—the ballpark–is designed to host multiple types of events in addition to independent Atlantic League games, including concerts, soccer, lacrosse, and football.

My arguments are: it's redundant (good liability insurance is CYA enough), you don't have the benefits of anonymity anyway after your little QCD broadcasts your intent to the world, they are harder to finance and insure, and they are a pain tax-wise.

Actually it’s not.Coach youth soccer/baseball,  Boy Scout Leader, School Board member, Rotary member, 4H supporter, hire/train high school students, NRA instructor, etc.  

It's gotta be the most frustrating thing in the world broadcasting such a simple OBVIOUS message over and over, and yet so many "zombified" with the big SEO marketers BS of rank, Rank, RANK.... with no anything of conversion.
