There was a learning curve about investing in Costa Rica and the costs associated with it and financing and everything else.  

Also curious what the cost is. 

You have to try to estimate MTR income in your area + take into account the costs associated with MTR setup.

So either you pay for the repair out of the idle cash in your account, file an insurance claim and use those funds, or rollover/transfer funds from another retirement account to cover the cost.

The buyer agreed to cover the cost of the new appraisal, which came in significantly above the purchase price.

If you sell your property, the tax basis (original cost) of the property for the giver becomes the tax basis for the recipient.

I'm not sure about other neighborhoods in Cincinnati but my properties' area (Mt Healthy) just introduced a City Rental Registration, starting 2025, that costs $100.
