Not only does this pertain to structural wood but also to wood flooring.

When the 5 year treasury fell too far, the bank doing this told me they were at the floor.

With 5 stories it's usually most economical to build the first floor out of steel and then stick frame the upper 4.

The assessment on the largest units, a top floor 4/3 3000sqft place, were nearly $400,000.

Would need some cosmetic (paint, refinish floors, minor repairs/upgrades completed by me).

Will all floors need replacement if I take them all up to work under the house or can a reuse the floors (they are hardwood floor, old and need some refinishing)Of the steps needed, what are the most DIY friendly for a newbie like me?

I have a property listed for 375, 000 Has a business using 7,000 sf of the first floor it has 3 total floors with a total of 21,000 sf I may have the deal worked to buy the business which will pay the building 2000 a month in rent .

It's a shame because I really wanted to hit the floor running with creative financing and really get going looking for deals but I just couldn't handle that kind of approach.
