So, successful agreements (those that “stand up” when tested in court) have the spouse without the assets receiving a significant lump sum in event of divorce,For smaller sums of money/assets alternatives to prenuptial agreements may serve the purpose best.  

In the morning when we served breakfast to lots of people we used a drip pot and poured it into a large urn type percolator.

Find a realtor that preferably has some investment experience that you get along well with and keep an eye out on sites such as realtor, craigslist, etc.

If you keep the footprint of the home the same, you can avoid timely and costly site planning applications in most jurisdictions.

Just remember though, that you also build your own reputation as a developer, and if you get know for being too pushy and inconsiderate that these consultants have other clients to serve too, or that you fire too quickly...you will run out of people to work with.

The only drawback was it did not list/syndicate to as many sites.

More work with more risk but can get you going if limited funds until growing into bigger deals.I am still on this site but stay very busy so not on here as much. 

You can also use sites like rentometer to help confirm your rent price.

I find that some sites have better calendars than others.
