@Jeffery Smyter IMO anyone who is going to pull the "emotional support animal" scam to get around paying the pet fees cannot be trusted.

They can also scam people by putting the gas in one persons name and electric in anothers.

They also report the individual to a credit reporting agency so it sits on their credit and hopefully stops them from scamming the next person.

This sounds like a recipe for disaster...and I think I am justified in that assessment since one of the places you have considered investing is with a company that are complete scam artists.All investing is a risk based activity, but people need to learn and understand better risk assessments and mitigation.
