I also thought it might be a good place to network with others in areas that aren't local to me but that I want to invest in down the road (but in retrospect, I think Bigger Pockets can serve that purpose).

In retrospect, I probably should have come down a bit based on it's current rent roll and appraisal and not future/potential rent roll.

To be honest to an Austrian the one thing people want is timing & while it can be relatively predicted it’s never exact & can more easily be seen in retrospect.
