There is a fine line between offering a well rounded service and leaving too much in the home.I love the business and glad to be a Superhost but this has been my experience.  

On the other hand, a detailed quote with a higher total may offer more transparency and reduce the risk of surprises as the project progresses.I specialize in consulting services for situations like this, where I help clients evaluate contractor quotes, ensure transparency, and navigate the renovation process with confidence.

But around here some of the screening services that claim to do background checks do a lousy job of it.

At our firm (tax advisory) we are offering a service to help clients with this and we expect many tax/cpa/law firms will as well. 

Though it may cash flow well based on their current debt service, when you compare the income it produces to the equity they have is it actually even a good investment for them from an ROI perspective or would they be better off liquidating and redeploying?

When I DM'd you, asking if you would put my mind at rest by simply confirming you own the asset, your response was, "I don't owe her a response about anything on my website nor do I have to prove anything lol".
