Take a look at your agreement with the listing agent so see if there is a penalty, if not request terminating your agreement immediately or hiring a local PM to represent you to communicate directly with the listing agent to end the agreement.

I finally received a demand letter from a "nonprofit attorney" representing the tenant, claiming that the tenant was living in uninhabitable conditions—typical for a non-paying tenant, I guess—and now she wants to "renegotiate" the rent and keep living in the same space.She has been filing complaints with various government departments, but all the cases were minor and have been closed.

The representative said the tenant would be re-evaluated after 6 months to see if they still qualified for the assistance and they couldn't guarantee a year long lease.At least with Section 8 its guaranteed money.

They are asking for some done payment & then monthly payment, which varied from the 2 sales reps, who contacted me. 1st representative $2500 Down and then monthly payments till $10,0002nd representative $1500 Down and then monthly payments till $15,000($5000 higher than the initial offer)How much you can make as a side hustle if you are on a full-time job as well?
