There is definitely a place for professional management in this business, but property managers follow Pareto's principle just like all other professions and 80% of them can't manage their way out of a paper bag.

Not sure what you're askingThe problem I see with a lot of your questions is that it seems you don't want to be straightforward with people and try to keep everyone else in the dark, which is not a good way to operate a wholesale business as it makes all the other parties not trust you and more likely to want to back out, leaving you holding the bag.
