@Sankalp GoduguIf you are looking in the Columbus market I recommend areas like Hilltop, Linden, Eastmoor/ Whitehall, and Franklinton.

Are there any groups that you'd recommend working with that you've had success with in the past? 

It's also nice that they have their own recommended insurer, those rates are much lower then what I would pay up in the northeast. 

My honest recommendation to you is that before taking any big steps towards any new endeavors, please just understand it.
