You and your wife should discuss your schedules about coming and going.As a kid, we were attacked by a neighbor who had exhibited increasingly erratic behavior over time after his wife died and happened to fixate on us after a random interaction.

The two figures could be randomly intertwined. 

Dude I spent so much money on random credit programs with them, month after month there were changes like "this credit card I said would help your PAYDEX no longer reports" or "Dun and Bradstreet doesnt work with this company anymore"Long story short, you can open a credit card and maybe a wex gas card under your LLC to try to establish business credit but even after over 12 months my PAYDEX is still non existent.

I throw random people in these 4 and 5 bedroom houses and hope they don’t kill each other. lol.

You can be sure he is not another fake it till you make it random real estate guru which are plenty out there.

I currently now have 25 SFR and profit 17k/month off them not counting vacancies, cap ex or random maintenance work.

If you hire a friend or just pick someone randomly you will get mediocre results.  

Get to know that market well, the  class of neighborhoods, and don't pick a random Midwest city just based on numbers someone is telling you (e.g it will cash flow x amount $$$). 

@Juliet Banks The flip side of that argument is why ruin your own credit when you can allow some random moron to do it for you.

I’ve had other random issues come up on holidays or weekends late at night with guests.
