I remember reading about lots of trouble with private REITS.

Start with $8K through FHA loans, joint ventures, private money loans, crowdfunding platforms, and BRRRR strategy.

Common comments and complaints are things like....Wanted: a private landlord out there that will rent to me.Why are credit requirements so high?

Side note; if you google 46218 the only photo that shows up is a gross water damaged basement. 

Just make sure you are not installing this in lieu of linen closet if there's space restrictionsExterior: Landscaping, Fencing & Walkways: Don't have to spend a lot on landscaping but make sure yard is fenced, clear of debris,  private and secure.

The other quesiton i have is if private equity is starting to get involved in this market, companies like Apollo & Carlyle, does that change your feelings about getting involved in the space?

There are a lot of charlatans and 'Guru's' out there promoting this and that but the Stech family is the real deal when it comes to Private Lending.
