This number seems to be somewhat tricky to nail down.Are there better or worse areas to invest or watch out for, for whatever reason?

Note my investment strategy is first and foremost capital preservation.

You can learn a ton through social media and then once you have nailed down who would be the best fit to join up with, you can drop that much money in confidence.

If you ask any HNW individual they are never about multiplying returns - they are concerned with preservation of capital first and foremost. 

I would check if the nails are still nails, or if they've turned to dust.
