Although, calculating debit-to-income ratio stays the same --- I summed up how to figure your rental income in my earlier post.There are (or were before COVID-19) no-doc loan products but the interest rate is a few points higher which in this market isn't that bad.

For more context:-The loan details and closing costs(which include prepaids) come from my lendor as of yesterday.- Taxes are high here and paid for the year up front- The first tab is to show if it makes sense once I move out.The 2nd tab labelled "rent" gives a glimpse of while I'm living there.
