The fact of the matter is this: YOU, and others, whoever they may be, think that one is a shill - just because the poster has praised this "guru" or that one.

@Justin Smart - spent $8k as of May but haven't heard from him either.You would think any BP member that had success with this program would be here on this BP thread heralding it's praises.

Culturally we really praise talent, it almost lets us off the hook if we consider our abilities as God given or not.  

For others, they will praise their investments in turnkeys.Investing in turnkeys allows you the ability to invest in markets you would not normally be able to get into.

Once short-term rental only markets are becoming huge long-term rental markets too.You just have to open your eyes and your world and see further than your own country and all of a sudden you see all these opportunities you had no idea about.While I'm on BiggerPockets to contribute, I sometimes wonder why I'm not shooting myself in the foot why praising international investing.

She only would speak only verbally and evaded the hard questions but, only sung my praises. 

Some lawyers sing the praises of Series LLCs.

It's a thankless job and investors usually do not praise the 10 things done right but complain about the 1 that isn't.

Well as Corey said read up on here and soak up all the info but if you want my opinion on courses there are 2 that have gotten a lot of praise with very few if any negative responses and they are:Steve Cook's Wholesaling 2.0 and Vena Jones Cox's Wholesaling course.Also our own member Andrew Massaro aka The Maestro has an ebook you might want to check out.
