I’ve always wished I would have just been persistent and kept looking around.

For good measure, if this issue persists or for future issues make sure get a proof of mailing.

I think I am at a disadvantage because I am a young female and sellers question if I know what I’m talking about...Anywho, I am determined to stay persistent.

@Erik Whiting thank you for the response and i for sure agree that you have to be persistent with the effort and your right eventually the numbers will work in your favor.

They also require persistence. 

Just be persistent and learn all that you can.

So you have to be patient and persistent when it comes to establishing relationships and building trust. 

Auctions are still there in the parking lot.. but volume is a fraction of what it once was.. there are still some big players that buy most of the houses.. but a few can squeak through if you persistent.
