As a CPA and real estate investor who is a general partner in two syndications, I want to share some practical advice to set realistic expectations.

Having the right partners on the design and build is what I have found to be the most important piece of the puzzle.  

For selling performing notes, companies like Mission Capital or Watermark Capital Partners specialize in purchasing notes, including DSCR-based ones.

It seems he is focusing a lot more on partnering with people now.

That all is changing now, ever since Hilco Redevelopment Partners purchased the property in 2020, and received concept and development site plan approvals in 2022 and 2023.

Often you can get better terms by partnering up with someone with demonstrated experience. 

I’ll be over in January or February, to meet my business partner in CDMX, and also continue building connection with building companies, and checking what land prices are doing ... well, that’s my mornings planned out.

I will be also partnering with other investors to purchase another 40 properties where we will split the profits.

@Colby Easterling leaning toward doing an all-in-one loan and paying off mortgage quickly and then using the all-in-one to buy/finance BRRRR's, and fund my own flips (I already do a lot of flips with partners/OPM).

If it lasts for 10 years, even factoring in the first 2 years I got nothing, it seems like a reasonable plan.I had a second thought that a few years down the road, I could look at purchasing a small mobile home park, maybe with an investing partner.
