If they have stopped paying rent for a BS reason, you ask the court for the tenant to deposit the rent with the court while awaiting trial.

Personally I wouldn’t trade my position for someone who makes a million a year working 80 hours a week and their income stops the day they stop working. 

I am way to much of a softie to be a landlord full stop..

I contacted minimum 10 agencies and they all said no.So I just decided to stop looking.

Often the member is committed to completing and utilizing whatever material at the beginning of the program, but after a few weeks or months and life starts happening again, they get pulled back by the gravity of the familiar and stop or don’t apply what was learned.

Or, if you are unable to assign a contract, you'll get to figure out how to come up with the funds, which is what you say is stopping you from starting BRRRR anyway. 

If you click on the individual owner page there is an error but you can still submit an application to list and you can still see listings so there is nothing  indicating that they are stopping operation that I could see.
