Hey guys, I tried to ask what I'm about to ask a couple of days ago, but somehow it didn't get posted on the site...Is there anybody on this forum who is an online subscriber to the Wall Street Journal... who might post the substance of the recent articles involving Pinnacle mentioned on the receiver's website?

I think the real substance of Tom's post is that a rule of thumb or some "mythical math" as he calls it is not a true deep dive analysis of a property.

I think I drifted a little off course and read a few over-inflated strategies from some of the Guru's out there publishing books with no substance.

Maybe talk to local law enforcement to see if it's a feasible option to have a drug dog show up on the premises to identify that illegal substances are there.  

Just a bunch of bandwagon opinion devoid of fact or substance. 

I feel that substance would prevail over form in an instance like this.

As you look at the charges in your credit card or other statement, you can be grateful for the food that nourished you, the farmers, truckers, distributors, stores that sold it.

And, if the the TK provider is of any size and substance, there are some economies of scale that will make that gap of what you might save much smaller.
