Will hopefully revisit in a couple weeks when I have better clarity from the folks.

We actually had folks crashing in the driveway in vans and pickups with camper shells all the time when I was house hacking in Boulder and just got lucky with the neighbors. 

Where I live it used to be 30 days - and I didn't think that was enough time for folks living month to month to pull funds together to save up, look for a place, get a deposit and 1st mo's together etc... so I always gave at least 60. 

Most folks will refinance every 3-7 years for one reason or another...Cheers!

One, some sales training most sales folks in RE have basically zero sales skills.

The problem with these set ups is you agree to keep your mouth shut if things go bad, but be an advocator if things go well.That's in the language when you deal some of these turnkey folks.

We had a unique ability to rescue these most folks simply did not have the same abilities.

Furnished rental seems to be that middle situation that for folks like us works very nicely.. 

Can experienced folks provide some inputs about the usefulness of this feature? 

I've had more folks than you think in your same position who look to cut cost with the wrong professionals and then regret it.
