If they are filing false complaints it’s one thing but if it complaining and it’s true, even if it’s minor in nature - that’s more an Airbnb issue and they know how to game the system.Reality to is if you get them to stop whose to stop them to ask a friend etc.Your best bet is to talk to them and find out what the Cruz of the issue is

Banks want you to have "Skin in the game" in other words they want you to have your own money at risk.That said just because you can do a deal with 100% financing does not mean it is a good deal.

If you have no skin in the game, you'll usually start at 50% equity and work your way from there depending on what you can offer.But doing 10 deals a year with a partner is much better than doing 1 or 2 deals on your own. just be open and flexible to make a deal that's mutually beneficial
