Thanks @Brett Dawson I contacted them and the woman on the phone told me she don't know where I could get that type of info.So I may just start calling some builders in the area and just ask them. 

Sky is the limit with syndication, but there are a ton of concerns still to address if you are syndicating - it's not all roses, so if you go that route, really think it through. 

Tenant noticed some water leaking into the unfinished basement (which I was unaware of)  so rather than calling me (she says she didn't want to bother me), she called a contractor to get an idea of what could be done before letting me know.  

If you want something a bit more professional grade, then you'd need to look into a DVR system - this may be trickier to setup for remote viewing however since you'd likely now have to deal with network and router configuration.
