When they call there attorney and ask on C4D because it's new info to them, I get many call backs saying "oh yeah, talked to the attorney and they said yup, this is a very normal thing and been around many years, just like you said james, were good to go". 

I see some good info about down payments being bigger, buyer damages the house then defaults, etc..

They said that per California Revenue and Taxation code, they're asking me to provide them info such as the purchase agreement, rent rolls, etc. to assist them in doing the reappraisal of my property.  

Hopefully, now you have enough info to talk to your current CPA and get clarity, You are using the word "cash flow" and this could be income or a distribution based on the scenario you described.
