Recently hadm.y mind blown by Rich Dad Poor Dad.My family and I have been slowly climbing out of debt, mostly due to medical bills from my Crohn's Disease.

But tipping tenants either die in place, or rush off to the hospital and then to extended medical rehab, or are compulsive hoarders who decide to simply up and flee their previous life.Landlords just look at all the junk left behind and smell all the stink of years and say, "I can't do this.

My son has special medical needs, and as he grows he will need a specialized van to go on longer trips. 

I'm an Army vet myself (medically retired last year) and my brother is a C-17 pilot.This is slightly off topic, but one of the best things I did in my career was every time I got a raise or promotion, I socked that money away because I figured I lived on that pay last year, I can this year, too. 

I’m pretty familiar with the area as I used to drive for a living for a long-time in the medical field and I’m just a naturally curious person.We’re also looking for Hard Money lenders if there are any fellow Arizonans out there that can point us in the right direction about said lenders we would really appreciate it!

The type of tenants you get are service workers at Medical Facilities, Labor Technicians, Tier II wage earners in the various UAW Plants.  

Every little bit of feedback narrows things down for me, or makes me think.Well, I was thinking more in the lines of a Medical Supply / Senior supply store,  rather than Adult day care.

I'm curious if there's much of a demand or shortage for higher quality housing for traveling and short term medical professionals.
