It's very unique and I think would be attractive to guests looking for a comfortable get away in the mountains.

Investing in real estate through a Self-Directed IRA (SDIRA) has limitations, but compelling benefits still attract investors.

There’s a big difference between an area that attracts stable tenants and one where you’ll be chasing rent every month.Personally, I’ve built a 12-door portfolio here, and it’s been a mix of cash flow and appreciation.

You can learn these things over time.Take note, Due on sale clause isn't even one of the main concerns.

All that being said I don't know about if a salt hot tub is better per se, I know it's better for your skin and I'd say perhaps if you're in a very health conscious area like Joshua Tree, some folks might be attracted to the idea of a salt water hot tub.
