Am I the only one seeing a legitimate pinch in Airbnb bookings in Sevier county?  

So after I started getting legitimate leads and closing deals I looked to find out what things the leads/deals I was getting had in common.  

Now, that's a legitimate one but the $1000/annual loss is a joke 

Having the knowledge is one thing, but only experience will enable a Syndication Team to persevere through harsh economic cycles.

What irritated me was that nobody would spend the time to speak to me after I had clearly done my part to prove I was legitimate. 

Some argument can be made from the buyer's side on late fees if they aren't clear in your state law or the contract, but there's no obfuscating the way any money collected is applied to the legitimate payments.  

By way of example, many of  what I refer to as  "Course Educated GP's" are taught to associate and provide services for legitimate GP's in return for permission to market themselves as a Co-GP.

Hi Sam,Your comment is humbling to read.Thanks for your trust and belief in Ohio Cashflow.We aren't perfect but we sure do our best for everyone and their properties.As much as I personally don't like diversifying it's always a good idea to check out what other markets and companies are offering.There are other legitimate operators out there and it's just a matter of finding them.A property portfolio of 10-20 properties that is spread across 2-3 markets is a pretty safe bet from a diversification standpoint.Thanks again and speak soon :)
