Basic economics takes care of stupid decisions (from almost any arena), if the government, and society in general get out of the way, and stop politicizing every decision others make because they feel those decisions are wrong, and label them as being, oh let me think, "immoral?". 

The properties labeled "C" that I saw there I would relabel "BNK", for bunk.

There are a few options such as how you label it on the HUD and how you structure the deal.

If you're looking for a time label to identify a good coach/mentor, honesty, a decade or more is required, and preferably someone who has gone through the 08' financial crisis.

I've seen the pet friendly labels in the header of the property, in the description, and sometime they don't say either or.

Note that if you want to have three prong receptacles with two conductor wiring, the NEC allows a GFCI to be used in those places without need for the ground wire if such GFCI receptacles are properly labelled as being ungrounded. 

Create a new menu option on the website for both buyers and sellers, you can label them "Helpful Resources" or something similar in nature.
