I have a compilation of around 10 real estate books that I’ve devoured, and recently decided to hold myself accountable by 1) becoming a Pro member and leveraging this site and 2) journaling/documenting at least once a week around how I’m working towards my RE goals.

Some accountant on this forum said there is no journal entry with Stessa, and that won't work for me.

I started with the BP intention journal, but I switched to the Panda Planner - Venture edition.

Adding that to my journal

The local news journal stated that the renovations should be complete by April 2021, but who knows if that is actually going to happen.

I am looking to journal some of the more important and/or common things.

And though we knew the fall in prices was likely to get worse before it got better, the Wall Street Journal is taking it one step further and now asking the question of whether or not the rental price plunge could actually set off the next housing crisis.

This is a very high-level review, so I could be wrong, but it looks like Stessa doesn't have any way to enter journal entries, and that is a huge red flag to me.
