I think this is changing now since there's a lot more education via social media and the internet. 2) Delayed gratification- This country has a very consumer oriented mindset - new phones, new cars, clothes, etc.

From my internet sleuthing I knew the owners were in at least their late seventies, lived all the way in Oregon and had owned it for nearly forty years.

One you have easy access and can visit often. 100% remote is a unicorn, REI is not passive, no matter what someone on the internet will tell you.

There are a lot of factors at play that are hard to what-if over the internet based on a couple sentences of info.

I've been house hunting in Greece, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, and Portugal.

It would be foolish to take internet legal advice and just blindly act.

It's better than what you'll get from most attorneys and what you'll find on the internet.
