None of us like to spend money unnecessarily.  

After reading through the NY lease I have some questions:Section 13 (G) - Prohibits the use of marijuana including ingestibles.

However spending money unnecessarily to write off income is not financially prudent.

I get the concern but it seems like it's really going to complicate your business unnecessarily.

It is not wise to give an unnecessarily bad review because you never know what the other has already said about you... 

Who would think when we ate peanuts, we were actually ingesting a mold?

Plus we only do the credit check once we verify the rest of the application looks good so that we aren't unnecessarily running every applicant's credit.

Both leases are up later this year and I can choose not to renew and put the homes on the normal market if I feel that the required fixes upon inspection unnecessarily eat into profits.
