I have been investing in residential RE since 2010 and have bought and sold RE within that time frame, but it's all in residential space.

CT is where I am located and for this state it's 5% EMD and the rest no sooner than 21 days but no later than 30 (that timeframe is when the closing process with the seller/borrower will take place)...But since my state has a judicial foreclosure process and every step must be court-approved I just wasn't sure if I have to put down 5% EMD before it gets approved or after(I want to note that the clock for the 21 to 30-day timeframe to close doesn't start until the court approves the sale)

That said, stock pools are inexpensive but I'm not sure they are anything more than visual candy for your listing - and perhaps more hassle and most adults won't look at that anything like a hot tub experience.

Bulk salt, oils, vinegars and tons more.TP, paper towels, small soaps and shampoos, coffee pods, tea, creamers, Splenda and sugar packets, disposable cups, inexpensive food containers to take food home, Ziplocs, aluminum foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap....on and on.I believe is providing a lot of stuff like that for guests.
