Have you tried contacting the main office or different individuals in the company? 

I have a choice to ask the seller to pay for my buyer agent's commission or not include it in the offer letter (pay by myself), so I wanted to know before I submit the offer. 

Ironically it's normally the individuals who go to the greatest lengths believing they are protecting themselves who are the most reckless in the way in which they operate their real estate.

@Kent Fang chingI too am in CA but do not own any investment properties here - maybe will consider AirBNB in 2025.My choice for OOS investment includes GOLDSBORO, NC.  --  Goldsboro has a strong real estate market, Low cost of living and affordable properties.

But I do not have to wake up and use the most valuable resource in the world - time - to contribute to another individual's or corporation's wealth.

The individuals I've met along the way that are really good at real estate are analytical, level headed, and disciplined.

So, you, as an individual, may not get to the same rate that a MASSIVE national builder can...but you can certainly offer credits to the buyers to help buy down the rates.
