I was under the impression that if I am lending to investors vs. owner-occ that the licensing requirements are far less stringent/regulated.

Would be far more impressive if their site had examples, stats on the data the collect (how much, where, etc.).

For the very first year of the tenants living at the property I was under the impression that a notary was required to make it a binding contract.

I’ve been a bigger pockets member for a long time but I’m just now revitalizing my profile and getting back into real estate.

I was recently quoted as low as the high 5%'s on a FHA loan for a new primary property..these are attractive borrowing costs in comparison to the comparable costs of renting a similar property profile. 

That is impressive with attaining over 100 doors & starting out over there
