The homeless issue, the illegal immigrants, tax hikes, failing infrastructure, mass exodus of people leaving the state, diseases popping up that we haven’t seen in ages, push for low income/affordable housing and the fact that it’s a tenant friendly state.

They would feel guilty if the person was put out on the streets as homeless, but they really won't all be living there either. 

I wouldn't dress like I was homeless, but if they aren't looking past that, keep moving.

I would want to screen the person for why they are homeless, what they are doing, not just planning on doing, to get an income, will this hoped for income be 3 times the rent?
