I have 3 per property and find that to be the best way for me to take advantage of their high APY and also keep things super organized.

Honestly, unless you’re in a high-end market where buyers or renters expect it, dropping thousands on a sprinkler system probably isn’t your best ROI move—especially if the property has been sitting for months.

I feel as though my home is priced too high, however, my property manager insists the price is competitive.
