I have done some research but I would like to glean as much information as I possibly can.

We did, and actually became friends through the whole ordeal.More of a story than anything, but maybe you can glean something from this that will help.And not to sound like a broken record, but laundry leases, tenants, toilets, and trash and everything else that goes with apartments is what led me to sell over 100 houses and 400 apartments and invest in Self-Storage.I have 5,000 units, and 1/100th the headaches of 500 rental units!

Cody is right I gleaned not the whole system from one coach but literally one or two little tidbits to create my own experience bucket and my own methods that led me to be a top producer in the industry.. and live the life I deserve  ( that sounds a little guru ish)...

We have learned allot of dos and don'ts along the way but are hoping to share our knowledge and glean from the knowledge of others.BTW - we both work full time jobs in totally unrelated fields.  

Do not waste your time trying to build a huge "buyers list" that you cannot possibly manage or glean any real data from at the beginning.

There is a great opportunity for a programmer with some business sense or one of us who has the money to pay for a good one, and the ability to show the programmer where to glean the info from.Chris

I utilize forums like this to glean information more than to impart.
