I can see govmit making a condition that tvhey must try to get employment at least.  

I get that you’re trying to drum up business for your interior design services, but i’d recommend replying to other people‘s posts with helpful info, not spamming this forum with new posts that don’t introduce anything insightful.Finally, for folks reading this, I would add that there are amazing interior designers in places like Romania and Brazil and Sri Lanka who will do complete redesigns for you at very inexpensive prices.

You could try to “fly under the radar” and use the existing septic but 5 vs 2 bedrooms is a massive difference so I have to think you’ll be dealing with septic problems.

If you take that cash and try to buy units in the area, ask yourself what are they selling for?

I'm trying to figure out if it would be worth it to start my own business or use someone else's service that is already established.

Or they try for 3 months have no success and quit..
