I don't know what the property looks like but unless the bathrooms are really bad, you may want to spend your money on design/furnishing/amenities.

They masterlease your apartment/condo, furnish it, and rent it out as an entire unit.Hope this helps!

On a build I am finishing up and am furnishing this week in the Smokies the well, pump, storage tanks and filtration system alone is close to $75k.

I think this area is prime to stand out but you'll need to spend likely more than 30k to furnish and amenitize.

I would like to retain this house and turn it into a mid-term or long-term furnished rental.I would like to move out of that house and into a bigger primary residence which would likely be a $750-850k purchase price.
