So if a fortune 500 company wouldn't accept that property, I sure as heck would not.Also, I could be wrong but I believe one way these companies stop the contamination is to burn the dirt.

Your best bet is to go there on an evening and see how the block looks then. in a way you are fortunate because these are the summer months and you can get a good feel of what goes on around that house. if you see a lot of hanging around on porches or a house with a lot of traffic (foot and car), proceed with caution.

In your situation I'd suggest going that route as flips are very involved and the last thing you'd want to do in your situation is take time away from your primary income producer, your job which sounds very lucrative and you should count yourself fortunate in that situation.
