This is a big challenge in the MTR space.

I am pretty active in the STR space in northen Utah.

Key updates included kitchen and bathroom remodels, new flooring, and enhancing curb appeal.

If it's in a shared space like a basement that's one thing but if it's in an occupied unit, that is something that may not be allowed in your jurisdiction.
