Anything you can find to reduce expenses is 100% recession resistance.

I put all my HDTVs on the wall or I mount them to a table with tamper resistant screws. 

There's just too many heating pipes, sidings, fire-resistant ceilings in boiler rooms, and others that means its tough to avoid.Here in Vermont, if we suspect asbestos exists we just need to make sure it is contained. 

I know it's not the most well like profession these days but it's recession resistant and that's local law enforcement.

It would probably meet resistance as people aren't familiar with it here, though I've found some "62 and over" communities here. 

I prefer to find path of least resistance and do more deals.

Now when I renovate a home, I have to pull up the old carpet and usually have to do LVT plank (which is water resistant) to give it a more modern feel.

Things that require some form of opinion are harder (Basement drywall was installed before the requirement for mold resistant drywall, recommend removing and reinstalling with current materials to code).
