It gives me a confidence boost knowing that not only is the information available at my fingertips, but that this great sounding board exists as well.Now that I'm getting a pulse on the industry, I'm beginning to set my sights on developing my criteria for investment properties and choosing a target area.

There has been a wealth of knowledge provided at your fingertips here and everyone started at the beginning by asking a lot of questions.

Best thing is that for HFF it's a one time payment for a lifetime which means even though I don't need some of the information now I have it at my fingertips for when I am ready.  

I've been interested in REI for a while, I just lacked the knowledge that was at my fingertips, along with not having the financial knowledge to move forward.

Your accountant should have that info at their fingertips.  

Access, putting in bids timely, tools and information available at my fingertips!!!

Having access to a community of users at my fingertips in a certain town or city would make managing a portfolio from a distance more efficient... in my opinion.

@Sean S.I've recently started on this journey as a new investor as well and ended up joining BP as a Pro member to get even more resources at my fingertips including the rental and flip calculators which are awesome. 

So, essentially, you have $100k at your fingertips, not accruing any charges (except maybe a yearly fee which is usually minimal) until you use it.
